Returns
We understand that when buying online an item may occasionally not be quite right when you receive it, so we accept returns for a refund or an exchange within a 14-day period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us in the original packaging and in original condition within 14 days of receiving them. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been damaged. Please send an email and include the order reference to info@egghelmets.co.nz and we'll send you the return instructions.
